From the known issues thread: "Curses applied to Hexproof enemies show the incorrect buff icon if you have Ignore Hexproof. Impending Doom + Vixen's Entrapment BROKEN on 1st cast. By having Despair as one of our curses, we get the benefit of increasing both Vortex damage, and explosion damage from Impending Doom. At level 36, I had Temporal Chains + Impending Doom + Spell Cascade + Unbound Ailments in my armour, and I had Punishment -> Enfeeble -> Despair -> Spell Cascade in Vixen's, and I Temporal Chains repeatedly on monsters and it sometimes triggered, but mostly it just did nothing, even on repeated casts. Vixen's Entrapment Vixen's Entrapment Embroidered Gloves Quality: +20% Energy Shield: (88-136) Requires Level 36, 54 Int Trigger Socketed Curse Skill when you cast a Curse Skill +(50-90) to maximum Energy Shield 0. Auras have priority according to the wiki, and as expected the blasphemy aura curse was never removed no matter what I did.
